Your Discovery Flight is your first flight at the controls of the airplane. Designed for newcomers and curious flyers, this introductory lesson combines hands-on flying with professional instruction so you can feel the controls, learn basic maneuvers, and enjoy scenic views of Santa Fe from above.

What to expect:

• Preflight briefing covering aircraft, flight controls, and safety procedures

• Guided taxi and takeoff with the instructor

• Hands-on flying time where you’ll practice the fundamentals of flying

Plan to spend about 90 minutes with us. The flight itself is about 45 minutes in the air, and 15 minutes taxiing and running checks on the airplane. We’ll give you a preflight briefing, and after the flight, we’ll discuss your goals with you to see if we can help you reach them.

We recommend you bring sunglasses and your phone or camera. We’ll provide you with a headset for the flight.
